I want to give an experience as a gift — what should I do?
The first step is to make the purchase through our website. During checkout, it's important to correctly enter your name, email and phone number. There is a specific field for the beneficiary's name, which will appear on the gift voucher.
Once payment is confirmed, we will send you an email with the nominal gift voucher and a link to the booking calendar so the recipient can check availability and book directly.
When does the gift voucher expire?
Gift vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase. You must book your session within this period. Once this time has passed without making a reservation, the voucher will expire.

Do you store my personal data?
We do not store credit card data — payments are handled exclusively through Stripe. Personal data provided during purchase is only used to manage the contracted experience and never for unrelated commercial purposes.
📅 Sesiones y horarios
What are the session times?
Sessions take place Monday to Saturday from 9am to 8pm, understood as start and end times. We close two Saturdays a month.
Available start times are: 9am, 11am, 3pm, 5pm and 7pm.
⚠️ It is important to book in advance as availability is limited. Saturdays tend to be our busiest days.
Are sessions for one person only?
Yes, our sessions are individual. In the 2-hour experience, with more time available, it is possible to do a return flight between two people. If two or more people want to fly, they will need to purchase one experience each.
👤 Edades y requisitos
Is there a minimum age for the experiences?
Yes. Our simulators are precision tools used by both pilots and enthusiasts — not toys. Minimum ages are:
Boeing 737: 14 years · King Air B200 turboprop: 13 years · Helicopter: 13 years
Minors must always be accompanied by a responsible adult. In cases of evident misuse, damage to the simulators or failure to follow the instructor's instructions, we reserve the right to cancel the session.
Do I need previous experience to fly the simulators?
No prior flying knowledge is required. You can fly any of our simulators without experience. A professional instructor will be by your side throughout the session, explaining how the aircraft works and guiding you at every step.

Can I bring companions?
Yes. The simulator fits the pilot and the instructor. Behind them, up to 4 companions can attend as observers, although one or two is ideal to avoid disrupting the session. Companions can join the initial briefing.
Can I take photos or record the session?
Yes, you can record your experience with the instructor without any problem, as long as no other people outside the session appear in the images or videos.
What language are the sessions in?
Sessions can be conducted in Catalan, Spanish or English. Our instructors adapt their communication to each participant's level and needs.
Do you offer sessions for professional pilots?
Yes. We offer specific sessions for pilots and aviation students focused on simulator assessment preparation, procedure practice, IFR training and cockpit familiarisation. Check our pro packs on each simulator's page.
